DO YOU HAVE AN ITEM YOUR NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH?

Not a problem!

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you an exchange or refund subject to our returns policy.

Simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt and a full refund will be issued (excluding original postage costs). Please ensure you return the items to us in good time so we receive the items within our 14 day policy.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

How to proceed if you would like to return/exchange your goods.

  • To return/exchange your goods you must let us know within 14 days of receipt. Please email sales@pets-takeaway.co.uk, Alternatively, you can call us on 01782 541110 for further information.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHERE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR WHERE THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN/USED. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION.
  • Sale items can be returned or exchanged if an email is sent to sales@pets-takeaway.co.uk with the intention to return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please ensure that the correct information is included in the returns email i.e. Name, Address and Item/s Ordered. Kindly remember to state your Order Number, Order Date, whether you wish to request for a Refund or Exchange, products returned and reason for return.
 
  • Please place items in the original packaging and ensure all items are packed safely.

  • We recommend that returns/exchanges are shipped through tracked and insured means. Please note that we do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to us, the sender must returm the item/s at his or her own risk. We strongly recommend you handle all goods with extreme care and attention as they are solely your responsibility once you have received them. Please retain your proof of postage.
  • We advise all our customers to use a reliable and fast courier service when shipping overseas to ensure items are delivered to us within 21 days.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account which was used to originally purchase the item/s, less any taxes or import duties incurred. We are also unable to refund any shipping/postage charges.
  • Please note that when returning any order/s the buyer is responsible for this, we will not be able to refund any return costs.
Receiving a refund
  • Refunds to you will be made within 28 days. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Exchange
  • You will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
Discount codes & Vouchers
  • If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
